dpBestflow
TUESDAY, March 9, 6:30 pm refreshments, program at 7 pm

New Time

Peter Krogh and Richard Anderson (from the Baltimore chapter) will present ASMP’s huge research and educational project with the Library of Congress that has just culminated in a comprehensive website and accompanying book. dpBestflow is designed to give us a set of clear workflow guidelines to meet the needs and solve the problems that photographers face every day in process, production, and protection. We will hear about how to:

  • Make informed decisions about choosing the best workflow for your needs
  • Maintain the color intent and quality of your work
  • Understand how to choose hardware and software that is optimal for what you do
  • Preserve your digital image files (and the work that you do to them) for the short and long term
  • Communicate more effectively with clients, printers, digital labs or anyone else handling your files
  • Work more efficiently so you can focus on creating great images and growing your business
